The SJYS ELITE PLAYER PROGRAM is a league-hosted program designed to give players in our member clubs and playing areas a top-level experience at a reasonable cost. Our program has grown from our Summer Select Program, with most teams deciding to play together year-round. From there, we choose a top coach from our area, someone with ties to SJ Soccer, hold a tryout to fill any additional spots, and put the team together.

Teams can choose their own fixture list for the season at a level that challenges them and still allows them to grow competitively. Our focus is developing players in the South Jersey area and allowing them to compete at a level they deserve.

Some teams may begin as “tournament only” teams to allow players to transition to EPP as their primary team gradually. We do not discourage players from remaining with their local teams as long as possible. As the team gets older and in consultation with the families, players, and coaches…teams can choose to begin a showcase path or a path toward the USYS National League to continue their development.

We are a club designed by top players and coaches for top players and coaches. We strive to provide the pinnacle of youth soccer development, training, and competition to every player in our program.
