The SJ Cup is being offered by the South Jersey Girls Soccer League and is open to all SJGSL, SJYS and SJSL teams in the U10 to High School age brackets.

Teams will be placed in cup flights of 3 or 4 teams based on their league flights and will play each team once. For example, groups might be Flights 1-4, 5-8, etc. Teams must schedule their own games.

All games must be completed before Thanksgiving (by November 26, 2025).

Top teams will advance to a knockout round in the Spring.

The finals will be played at a location set by the league.

The registration fee is only $100.00 plus the cost of the ref fees for your games (at the regular league rates). The SJ Cup Committee will pay the referee fees for the finals.
